  1. 1. Rescheduling a class is allowed with at least 12 hours’ notice. For instance, if you have a class at 9 PM EST on a Saturday, you will have to raise the request for rescheduling before 9 AM EST Saturday. No rescheduling requests will be entertained once we have less than 12 hours remaining before the class.
  2. 2. If a cancellation is made with less than 12 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full session’s fee.
  3. 3. In the case of frequent cancellations or rescheduling (even with advance notice), we may take the following actions:
  • – Remove regularly scheduled sessions from the calendar, allowing future sessions to only be booked 24 hours in advance.
  • – Terminate services entirely.

Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in advance, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. A reminder email will be sent before each payment is due. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

No Shows

The teacher will wait no longer than 10 minutes for a student to join the scheduled session. If the student fails to arrive within this window, the session will be considered attended and charged accordingly.

Classes Canceled by the Teacher

If the teacher cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity. Should a suitable time slot not be available, the teacher will add an additional class to the student’s existing package.

We ensure that the use of these recordings will be handled with the utmost respect for privacy and will focus primarily on the educational content and teaching methods.

Therefore, the “Improved Math results or your money back” offer is contingent upon the following conditions:

  1. Active Participation: The student must attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the learning process.
  2. Completion of Assignments: The student must complete all assigned homework and practice exercises provided during the tutoring sessions.
  3. Effort Outside Class: The student must demonstrate consistent effort outside of class, as discussed with the tutor.
  4. Student Responsibility: While we provide guidance, the ultimate responsibility for the application of taught concepts lies with the student. Refunds will not be granted if the student fails to meet the above conditions or if external factors beyond the tutor’s control influence their academic performance.
  5. Minimum Class Frequency: We strongly recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week for any subject to see measurable improvement. Inconsistent attendance or fewer classes than recommended may limit the effectiveness of the tutoring, and the guarantee of improved results will not apply under these circumstances.
  6. Score Fluctuation: A decrease in the student’s score, whether on practice tests or actual exams, will not be the responsibility or accountability of the tutor. Academic performance can fluctuate due to various external factors, including stress, exam conditions, or the student’s preparedness, none of which the tutor can control.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any refund offered is at the sole discretion of A+ Calculus.

A+ Calculus reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of extraordinary circumstances. By using our online platform and booking classes with A+ Calculus, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and refund policy.
